Store Policies – Returns, Restrictions, & Privacy

 

 

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures, stock quantity, or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description, quantity, or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money.

 

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

Most new, unused, unopened merchandise can be refunded or exchanged with receipt within 14 days of reception for online customers or original purchase date for in store customers except where noted below. All returns are subject to an approval. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request. Returns with valid receipts will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to account, or refund via in-store credit based on the original payment method, except as set forth below:

 

 

  • Purchases made with a debit card will be refunded back to the debit method.

 

Shipping Costs

Based on the situation of the return for shipped merchandise, shipping and handling costs may not be refunded. The customer may also be responsible for return shipping costs. This will be clarified during the RMA request.

If you encounter any problems with your order or the checkout process, or if you have any questions about the status of your order, simply contact our customer service staff through our Contact Us page.

 

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory typically within 3 business days of order and will be fulfilled by using UPS, FedEx, or USPS for shipping services. However during high volume times, orders may take longer than 3 business days to ship. If this is the case, you will be notified of any and all shipping delays. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.
